We have an extensive service infrastructure throughout the country and keep spares of all models in stock, including nets, springs and mats. No matter how old your current trampoline is, just contact our Service centre and we will be able to assist you with any spare parts, service or accessories that you may require.
We don’t suggest that you try and remove the net every time you have high winds due to the difficulty and effort of putting it back up.
We do suggest that you tie down or even use a Anchoring Kit to secure your trampoline to the ground. If possible you can move your trampoline to an area of your garden that is more sheltered from the wind.
This may seem like a problem if the installation wasn’t conducted correctly, however we have a few tips that may help you along in your journey.
Think of a Clock
1. To start, you’ll put the springs at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 positions.
2. Follow with 3 and 9.
3. Work the rest in a clockwise direction skipping 5 loops as you go along ( Add 2 springs, skip 5 loops, add 2 springs at 1 then the same at 2 then 4 etc.
Fill in the gaps and you should have a perfectly formed jumping surface.
If you are still encountering issues please don’t hesitate to call our service centre so we can further assist you. .
