Before you begin using any trampoline, be sure to carefully read all the information provided in the user manual! Just like any other type of physical activity, participation may lead to injury.
Misuse, abuse and/ or neglect of any trampoline is dangerous and can cause serious injury!
Do not attempt any tricks or stunts that you have not been properly trained for.
Level surface is essential.
Do not put the trampoline near a fence, wall, structure or anything that may reduce lateral clearance.
Make sure there is nothing located on or under the trampoline.
Adequate overhead clearance is essential to provide clearance for wires, tree limbs and other possible hazards.
It is common for jumpers to get hurt when more than one person is jumping at a time for example - When an adult is jumping with a small child, the adult will have more body weight and this can cause the small child to loose complete control - Proceed with extreme caution.
Always be on the lookout for wear and tear so that parts can be replaced right away.
Always use your trampoline in optimal conditions.
For beginner jumpers try marking a circle or large X at the center of the mat. This will help a beginner jumper know where to stay.
Keep your balance; this can be accomplished by focusing your eyes on the trampoline mat.
Keep your balance; A controlled jump is one where the take off and land spots are located in the same vicinity.
Adult supervision is ALWAYS recommended.
Do not use the trampoline as a springboard to other objects.
The best prevention of injury is common sense.
