Care & Maintenance

Care

Brush your mat with a soft bristled broom and keep the mat as clean as possible in order to reduce general wear and tear. A mild soap and water mixture can be used to clean the trampoline. Ensure that the mat is completely dry before use.

We recommend all jumpers refrain from wearing shoes or socks on the trampoline unless they are grip-socks. In order to prevent damage to the trampoline or any injury to the jumpers we advise that appropriate clothing is worn and all jewellery is removed before getting onto the trampoline.

Maintenance

As with our service we endeavour to provide you with the highest quality product possible, however all products are subject to general wear and tear over time and especially so with outdoor products.

Things to check when inspecting your trampoline:

  1. Wear and tear, sagging or tension issues on the mat.
  2. Excessive stretching and/or damage to the springs.
  3. The condition of the frame. Is it bent in any way? Are the welds broken or damaged? Rust?
  4. Damage to the mat? Fraying, rips, holes or stitching deterioration.

*Tip – Anchoring Kit may be used to secure your trampoline against high winds. Removal of the safety enclosure is NOT recommended

*Tip - Shady spots are ideal as well as trampoline covers when the trampoline is not in use as they protect the surfaces from UV damage. Make sure that maximum clearance is maintained above and around the trampoline
